Converse is a world famous footwear and accessories brand. The Russian representative office of the brand turned to us with the task of modernizing the design of the site and increasing sales. A prerequisite was the observance of the guidebook developed for all European divisions of the brand.
We faced the following tasks: conducting site analytics, identifying weaknesses, increasing conversion and redesigning an existing site.
The variety of content on the homepage helps keep the user engaged, and with inspiring and motivating navigation, interacting with the information is easy and effortless. Separately laid out banner elements improve responsiveness and friendliness of perception. Improving the readability of fonts allows you to quickly read and perceive content.
When searching for a product, we also show the user current and popular products. Thus, we can interest the user in the product and draw his attention to other products of the brand.
For easy navigation on the site, we decided to divide the products into three groups: men's, women's and children's. Within the category, we have used large fonts for easy reading. This allows you not to waste time searching for the right group of products. Also in the search you can see the collections and new items that arrived in the store.
To make the search and selection of a product convenient and fast, you can add the product you like to the basket directly from the catalog. Also for these purposes there are filters that narrow the search. We supplemented the mini-card with all the necessary information about the product to make it easier for the user to decide on adding it to the cart. Since the shopping cart is often used as a favorite by consumers, we have added a separate favorite/favorites feature next to the "add to cart" button.
We have combined the shopping cart and checkout into one page, thereby reducing the number of clicks. Thanks to this, all important information is available on one screen. We also added Cross Sales in two places to interest the buyer in accessories and complementary products.
We changed the block structure and fixed the cost, so the block with the price and the checkout button is available on any screen scroll. Checkout blocks are easy to understand and thanks to this, the process of making a purchase is simple and fast.
When subscribing to the newsletter or unsubscribing from it, the client receives corresponding notifications by e-mail. The email header design briefly visually characterizes the subject of its content.
